We are a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

2 (TWO) RECEPTIONISTS - Jakarta

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full reception duties, including switchboard, greeting clients, mail and couriers;
Arranging travel, car and accommodation bookings for employees;
Operations filing, job register maintenance and archiving;
Stationary orders and office supplies
Any other assistance required to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Essential:

Female, Max. 25 years old
Diploma Degree in secretarial or equivalent
Min. 1 year experience in secretarial and administration duties or general clerical
Fluent in English both written and oral
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient typing skills
General computer knowledge
Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel
