JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- · Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
- · Assists in the selection of the reference vendor quotation
- · Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure the latest pricing, new suppliers sourcing and lead times are updated so that creation of costing are accurate and timelyAssist in the bid cost structure definition
- · Analyze the tender documents and study the scope of work, project's schedule, potential major resources and construction equipment to be utilized
- · Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and services
- · Prepares the bid price breakdown and any prices/cost details
- · Ensures the assessment of costs/schedule of all project activities
- · Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
Requirement:
· 7 to 10 years experience gained preferably in the oil & gas sector
· Bachelor degree in Engineering/
· Must have a good and effective communication in written and spoken English
· Must have proven experience in preparing cost estimates for high value oil and gas developments
· Able to operate MS Office (Excel/Word/
· Available to join as soon as possible
