Sr. ROTATING ENGINEER
· Assist in the review of all company specifications, applicable industry codes and standards during detailed engineering and design.
· Assist in the review of all project documentation pertinent to the rotating and static equipment.
· Actively participate in HAZOP at EPC contractor's office with primary focus on mechanical, rotating and static equipment.
· Inspect installation of all rotating and static mechanical equipment including piping to ensure installation is carried out to recognized industry standards.
· Become fully familiar with all company specifications, standards, procedures and applicable industry codes pertinent to mechanical rotating equipment.
· Comply with all Company safety, environment and ethics standards and requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Mechanical.
· Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under stress.
· Capable of working and living in a remote tropical environment for extended periods of time under camp conditions and on a single status basis.
· Previous experience with an international EPC contractor would be a distinct advantage
· Minimum of 10-15 years experience in the oil and gas industry with an awareness of industry codes and practices. 15-20 years of exp in this discipline engineer.
