1. CHIEF GEOLOGIST/GEOLOGIST (10/0292)
a. Newly Acquired Exploration projects to be serviced by Exploration Team under Geosciences & Exploration Group,
b. Provided exploration services to the Asset based on SLA,
c. Conduct technical study to evaluate field potential covering Seismic acquisition, Field potential evaluation, Prospect identification, evaluation and ranking, Exploration program planning and well targeting, Drilling monitoring, Post well evaluation and,
d. Report exploration activities/work progress to Asset and Line function,
e. Manage exploration and related technical study procurement & contract,

f. Take lead responsibility and supervise his/her team on the HR and SSHE functions performance.

4. SSHE (10/0296)
a. Liaison with Internal, external parties and Regulatory Authorities for smooth Asset operations on Environmental and CSR activities,
b. Plan, promote and maintain good working relations with government, and business partners activities,
c. Follow up and report on direction and changes of government policies,
d. Recommend strategy to deal with change,
e. Set up and implement SSHE policy pursuant to the company and authority requirements.

5. HUMAN RESOURCES (10/0295)
a. Plan, manage and perform HR and General administration activities covering recruitment, work permit for the company secondment, employees fringe benefits and compensation, office set up and maintenance, housekeeping, business travel arrangement, company car, reception, & security services, etc.,
b. HR management for National staff including local recruitment & benefit administration,
c. Recommend supervisor on how to dissolve any conflict issues related to employees and/ or contractors personnel before taking any action.

6. ACCOUNTING MANAGER/STAFF (10/0297)
a. Manage and ensure Finance and Accounting activities including treasury, insurance procurement & claims, WPB, Cost control analysis & reports, payment, cash call and tax compliance to respond business requirement,
b. Plan, manage and control Asset procurement planning, process & administration including prepare contract tender / document and negotiation services to Asset,
c. Coordinate with Corporate ICT for IT set up, maintain and technical solution on Telecommunication systems, networks, etc.,
d. Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Procurement, legal, HR, IT for effective communication and reporting system, consultation & ensure alignment of standards & practices.

7. PROCUREMENT (10/0298)
a. Establish procurement policy and procedure to be in line with the terms and principles of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) and PSCs,
b. Ensure the best professional procurement and contracting practice results in contract establishment,
c. Negotiate contracts, evaluate bids and proposals and make award recommendations,
d. Operationalize and commercially manage executed contracts, monitor and improve contractor s performance,
e. Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
f. Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation,
g. Develop good working relationships with professionals such as statutory organizations, contractors.

8. IT (10/0299)
a. Establish IT policy and procedure to be in line with business strategy,
b. Develop IT infrastructure i.e. network/ land connection, email, telecommunication, backup resource, covering product evaluation, installation, testing, maintenance and support,
c. Monitor computing resource requirement of application system to be used in capacity and resource planning,
d. Ensure that user access profile and security access control procedure are properly managed to avoid violation of business confidentiality,
e. Participate in implementation of ERP covering designing, developing, implementing, installation, testing and support,
f. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problem,
g. Interface with users in Subsurface to provide solutions for their requirement,
h. Ensure enough computing capacity to serve technical portfolio requirement,
i. Provide system hardware and software consultation on Subsurface technical application to end-users,
j. Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
k. Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation.

9. SEISMIC ACQUSITION (8 Months contract) (10/0232)
a. Has min 10 years (preferably 15) experience in seismic acquisition in the field,
b. Preferably ex Party Chief,
c. Has good people management skills,
d. Has good PR / humas skills. He will need to describe a humas battle he personally fought and won,
e. Has good HSE awareness,
f. Formal geophysical education an asset but not a necessity,
g. Can think outside the box.

10. HSE MANAGER ( 10/0218)
a. Develop and implement HSE requirements for contract T&C s,
b. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures,
c. Develop contractor HSE performance monitoring system, monitor and report,
d. Develop HSE training requirements,
e. Develop contractor HSE audit policies and procedures,
f. Develop Emergency Response Plan,
g. Develop Oil Spill Contingency Plan,
h. Develop Medical Evacuation Plan,
i. Prepare bridging documents between C and Contractor HSE policies,

Operations Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be principally responsible to:
Arrange the planning, implementation coordination and handling of asset resources, field operation development including oil and gas production optimization through production operation activities, drilling, well servicing and work-overs. Ensure Operational Integrity of production facilities in order to achieve optimal oil and gas withdrawal at the JOB Pertamina-Talisman Ltd. working area. Lead and promote HSE activities. Maintain an adequate organization structure to support operations and have good networking with stake holders.
Main Duties:
• Coordinate plan and manage oil and gas reserves and develop field by implementing primary, secondary, and tertiary production systems according to standard operating and good reservoir management practices in order to achieve optimal withdrawal.
• Work closely with the exploration department for reserve replacement.
• Coordinate planning and handling of production operation activities such as drilling operations, work overs, and well servicing according to good technical standards.
• Coordinate, plan and handle production operations for fluid production, processing, and transporting to central collection facility until custody transfer point.
• Coordinate planning and handling to protected environment, health, and work safety in operation activities.
• Coordinate and arrange Plan of Developments, WP&B, AFE, reserve certification process, and production facilities integrity.
• Coordinate and arrange TCM s and OCM s on a periodic basis or at partner s request.
• Coordinate and maintain adequate staff levels in number, skill, and experience.
• Responsible for ensuring proper expenditure of budget and ensure good procurement practices that allow for full cost recovery.
• Maintain good relations with BPMigas, Migas, and other institutions related to JOB operations. Attend meeting as required.
• Facilitate personnel for further development for both the Jakarta office and the field.
• Good communication with OpCom, both Pertamina and Talisman.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) of petroleum engineering, mining, or equal, with at least 12-15 years experience in Oil and Gas Company with 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills showing by a demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff.

Geoscience System Specialist
Job Description :
This position will provide day-to-day Geoscience systems support to the local and regional Geoscience community comprised of Geologists, Geophysicists and Reservoir Engineers.
• Understanding the interpretation workflow and be able to provide assistance in the area of mapping and perform grid computation and manipulation as well as reservoir volumetric calculation.
• Perform data loading tasks for seismic, well, cultural information and related data and has the ability to QC/QA the data.
• Ability to perform computed seismic attributes and understanding the properties of the resulting computation.
• Ability to generate synthetic seismogram and use well properties to calibrate the time depth curve and perform well to seismic tie analysis.
• Knowledge of GeoFrame, Paradigm, Hampson & Russell, mapping softwares applications, and demonstrate the ability to support the software, both at a usage and system level.
• Understand Linux and Windows XP 64-bit operating systems and be able to perform administration of both OS.
• An understanding of the Netapp storage system and it s usage on both Linux and Windows platform as well as an understanding of NFS, CIFS and snapmirror policy.
• Understand and be able to support the Justcroft software suite for plotting and CGM manipulation.
• Ability to support and understand the software license management systems such as flexlm, Xformation for license reporting and codemeter licensing.
• Ability to use Linux kickstart method for new OS installation for workstation, server and linux cluster.
• Understand and be able to support Eclipse simulation software, as well as the Linux cluster and the ability to administer the LSF and EnginFrame software.
• Ability to use ArcGIS application for exploration mapping activities.
• Understand the network configuration and related configuration of the Linux infrastructures.
• Be able to perform technical applications installation on both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Be able to perform vendor management and infrastructure maintenance and handle the local procurement process.

Qualifications :
• Minimum Bachelor of Geology, Geophysics or related discipline.
• 7+ years related experience in geoscience support.
• Be able to work cooperatively as a member of the respective EPT/IT team.
• Self-motivated to learn and adopt new technologies, mentor others, and coordinate technology deployment with other EPT/IT teams.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a diverse, multidisciplinary customer environment.
• Demonstrate a track record of successful accomplishments.
• Experience in supporting and installing GeoFrame, and be able to perform GeoFrame project management. Strong knowledge in using IESX is preferable.
• Experience in supporting an Eclipse Linux cluster, as well as using LSF and Enginframe and be able to identify simulation issues when running simulation jobs.
• Knowledge of Paradigm software, including Geolog, an understanding of how PNS works and the ability to apply customized environment variables for the specific company environment.

FIELD OPERATORS
Working as a part of a team, incumbents are responsible for the day to day operation of the RasGas Offshore Gas Processing operations, in a safe, reliable and environmentally sound manner. Has good offshore operations background, Strong maintenance skill and experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of well-head and offshore process equipment Is essential. Ability to lead wellhead teams and multi-tasking will be an advantage. Requires a good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, as a team player is a must.

TECHNICIANS
The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrument discipline with a minimum experience of 7 years in offshore operations environment as a technician. Strong maintenance back-ground in preventive and breakdown maintenance of well-head and offshore process equipment is essential. Trouble shooting skills and Independent working is a key requirement. Ability of multi-tasking will be an advantage. Requires good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, as a team player is a must.

SHIFT PROCESS OPERATORS
The candidate should be a Diploma holder with a minimum 7 years experience in offshore operations environment. Very strong operations back-ground of well head and offshore process equipment is essential. Knowledge of typical process equipments like pumps, 2 and 3 phase separators, contactors, understanding of principles of natural gas processing operation, and trouble shooting skills coupled with an ability to work independently is a key requirement. Awareness of good safety practices, standards, and safety programs is important together with the willingness to develop others. Trouble shooting skills and independent working is a key requirement. Ability of multi-tasking will be an advantage. Requires good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross cultural teams, as a team player is a must.

CRANE OPERATORS
The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Mechanical discipline and certified crane operator for offshore crane operation. A minimum experience of 7 years is required in operating offshore production installation cranes for static and dynamic lifts. In addition, the position shall also be responsible in carrying out the first line maintenance activities on the cranes. Requires good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, as a team player is a must

These positions are based Offshore and will be on 29/27 days rotational assignment.
