SCM Persons for drilling team
Experiences :
1.Having more than 5 years experience as buyer,procurement specialist,contract specialist.
2.Familiar with ARIBA/JDE system is preferable
Requirements:
1.Fluent in English.
2.Developed,maintained and manage contract.
3.Developed PO and provides purchasing support.
4.Implements SOP,BPP and policies on purchas and/or contract development.
5.Developed and negotiates gain sharing agreement.
6.Paricipates in research and analysis on market conditions and trends.
7.Prepares RFE/RFQ documents.
